Insurance Sales Representative Malcolm Insurance 1089 West Orange Blossom Trail, Apopka, FL 32712 Job Description We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As our newest insurance sales representative, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Salary:

$40000.00 – $50000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO)

Retirement Plan Evenings Off Responsibilities Client Consultation:

Meet with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the various insurance products offered, ensuring accurate and comprehensive advice.

Sales Generation:

Proactively seek new clients through networking and referrals, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

Policy Servicing:

Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and any queries they might have, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Market Awareness:

Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to better position our products and services.

Requirements Licensing:

Active Florida Property & Casualty License is required

Experience:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
