Altamonte Springs team who have been serving the Central Florida area since 1984 with quality insurance products. We seek a dynamic, motivated, committed individual to join our Florida team! As our licensed agent, you will be the cornerstone of our customer care and will be responsible for directly managing our customers. Your Role will involve providing support, writing new business, managing existing relationships, offering product/service information, and resolving issues with our clients accurately and efficiently.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Demonstrate skill and experience in all aspects of professionally managing an existing
HOA & COA
commercial lines book of business New Business acumen Rewrite and relationship building expertise Non standard market experience a plus Agency Billing experience and reconciliation a plus Experience with agency management software Proposal software experience a plus A willingness and ability to be proactive beyond the reactive demands of the role Team Player A “can do” attitude and ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment 440 or20-44 required, 220 a plus
