Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries
• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand client base
• Assess client’s insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Explain policy terms, conditions, and exclusions to clients
• Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for insurance administration
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and quotas
