Our expertise lies in guiding clients through Medicare enrollment, Medicare Supplements (Medigap), Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans, ACA and other health-related products. We are committed to empowering our agents with the tools and resources they need to succeed while prioritizing client satisfaction. About the Role We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial insurance agents to join our team on a 1099 basis. This is a high-autonomy, high-reward opportunity for agents with an existing book of business or strong community connections who want to scale their income with the support of a collaborative team. What You’ll Do Enroll clients in Medicare and ACA plans while maintaining full autonomy Cross-sell ancillary policies like dental, critical illness, life, and annuities Generate leads through self-driven grassroots marketing, networking, and community events Build visibility and referral pipelines with local providers and pharmacies Represent the brand at health fairs and public gatherings Maintain top-notch service and strong client retention What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience OR 200+ written clients Expertise in Medicare and ACA sales Self-starter with strong prospecting and event-marketing skills Excellent communication and follow-through Active Life & Health licenses Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals Perks of Partnering with Us Competitive 70/30 commission split (70% to the agent) Flexible schedule and remote work Comprehensive support for non-lead services, including contracting, carrier access, commission management, licensing, and compliance Weekly training and education (every Tuesday) to keep you at the top of your game Access to marketing collateral, software tools, and strategic business support Concierge agent onboarding and ongoing professional development
