Position Overview:
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent / CSR , you’ll play a key role in servicing and growing our client base. You will use your experience and expertise to build relationships, understand client needs, and offer the best insurance products available. This position offers a mix of sales, customer service, and hands-on experience in managing a local office. Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, conduct regular reviews, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Sales and Marketing:
Prospect, network, and use marketing strategies to sell auto, property, life, and business insurance products.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Office Management:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of running a local business and contribute to the office’s overall success.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to achieve agency goals and foster a positive, supportive environment.
Qualifications:
Active Insurance License:
Must currently hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License. Life & Health License is a plus.
Experience:
At least 1 year of prior experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales or customer service.
Positive Attitude:
Must have a welcoming and positive attitude that helps build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and the team.
Sales Driven:
