We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and securing clients seeking coverage for their property and liability insurance needs. You will guide clients through the selection of appropriate policies, provide quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research. Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable property and casualty insurance products. Prepare and present insurance quotes, explain policy features, and close sales. Ensure compliance with all insurance industry regulations and company policies. Maintain and update client records and follow up for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support. Stay up to date with changes in the insurance industry, including products, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Active P&C insurance license in Georgia. Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
