This forward-facing role plays a key part in supporting our health insurance clients. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a strong background in health insurance and a desire to grow within a supportive, service-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities Health Insurance Services:
Support group health insurance renewals and write new group/individual policies Handle billing, payment inquiries, and credit card transactions Organize and maintain insurance documentation Coordinate outreach efforts through office visits and Zoom consultations Assist with Medicare Supplement mailings and special projects
Personal Lines Services:
