The Insurance Agent will work closely with clients to analyze their requirements, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities. Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients and underwriters. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in benefits administration, ensuring clients are informed about their options. Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base. Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Experience Previous experience in sales, particularly in retail or outside sales, is preferred. Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market data effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software for managing client relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
