Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients. Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base. Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and new product offerings. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred. Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus. Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is advantageous.
