If you are not licensed, we have staff available to walk you through the process, but you will need to have a jlicense to move forward with our company. Our openings are for Sales and/or Management so you will need to have some experience in these areas. Since we will be dealing with Financial Services there will be a background check done and you will need to be able to pass this portion. Key Responsibilities:
Sell Life Insurance Policies :
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies
Provide Expert Advice :
Educate clients on various insurance options and help them make informed decisions regarding coverage.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, policy reviews, and adjustments based on their life changes.
Complete Applications and Documentation :
Accurately complete and submit life insurance applications, ensuring all information is correct and timely.
Ensure Compliance :
Stay up to date with state and federal insurance regulations, ensuring all actions and policies are compliant with industry laws. Assist with
Claims Process :
Guide clients through the claims process when necessary, offering assistance with claims documentation and submission.
Ongoing Education :
Attend training sessions and complete required continuing education courses to maintain licensure and stay informed of new products or market trends. • Sales Position Average earnings of $700 per sale Vest annual residuals on sales Monthly bonus potential (must qualify based on performance) Management Position Average Compensation 10%-20% of teams performance (
