What You’ll Do:

Engage pre-qualified leads via inbound calls or follow-ups from direct mail campaigns, focusing on Medicare and life insurance products. Explain policies, coverage options, and benefits using strong communication and negotiation skills. Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual customer needs and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office tools. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to serve clients well. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect customer confidentiality.
