Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Provide expert advice on various insurance products including health, life, auto, and property insurance. Assist clients in completing applications and processing claims efficiently. Analyze client information to determine suitable coverage options and policy recommendations. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly. Skills Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or retail sales environments. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in analyzing data and making informed recommendations based on client needs. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations as they pertain to client information confidentiality. Experience in sales administration and benefits administration is advantageous.
