In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their needs. You will utilize your sales skills and customer service expertise to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of retail sales experience and the ability to communicate effectively, making them a vital part of our organization. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products that align with their requirements. Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Perform sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively market our services. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote our services. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
