Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Work independently and as part of a team. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Prior Sales Experience. Must be highly self-motivated. Career minded vision. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. A Property & Casualty or personal lines insurance license is required. Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Successful sales background. Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
