Insurance Sales Representative Dowling Insurance Agency Inc. 44 Adams Street, Braintree, MA 02184 Dowling Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our sales team! As a Sales Representative, your role is to attract new customers to grow our evolving book of business. Although sales experience is preferred, it is not required for the right candidate who is willing to learn, be coached and eager. We specialize in both Personal (Auto, Home, Boat) and Commercial (Restaurants, Auto Dealers/Repairs, Habitational, Contractors…….) insurance. We partner with top-tier insurance carriers to provide our clients the best product for their needs. We are looking for a candidate that thrives in a team environment. We are staffed with licensed professionals who support each other in writing new business and maintaining renewals.
Starting Salary:
$70,000 + Commissions on New Business & Renewals If you are a results-motivated person and feel your current pay doesn’t reflect your true worth, it’s time to explore this opportunity. There are no caps on commissions, so the opportunity is what you make it. High performing individuals could potentially be making over $100,000 within 3-5 years. The position is full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday, with some time on the road for appointments as necessary. We will provide education, licensing and training for your position. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
