Salary Range:

Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Ability to follow up and exceed current and prospective client expectations. Responsibilities Create tailored quotes directly with clients that align with their risk profiles , make sales presentations, and close sales. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
