Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients. Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Collaborate with insurance companies to stay updated on product offerings and market trends. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
