We’re seeking driven candidates to join our team as Life Insurance Brokers — no prior experience or license required to apply ! We provide comprehensive in-person, one on one training and support to help you succeed, and you’ll have the opportunity to obtain your insurance license shortly after being hired. As a Life Insurance Broker, you’ll guide clients through the process of securing life insurance policies that provide peace of mind and financial security for their families. Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients via phone or in person Assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance products Educate clients about policy options and coverage benefits Assist clients through the application and underwriting process Maintain client relationships for ongoing support and policy reviews Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements Qualifications No life insurance license required to apply – we provide guidance to obtain your license upon hire; however, license is required to begin work.
