We are seeking a motivated Insurance Producer also looking for big growth in their career. In this role, you will work with company founders to develop a sales strategy to execute. Our team will support you and can process quotes as quickly as you can bring in opportunities. We are looking for someone who is hungry and who prefers to work in a small team environment. We are not one of the big agencies, we do not have a corporate infrastructure and do not want to create a system that ultimately pinches our team. We will grow quickly and our lead producer in the area will share in that success. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies and hit revenue targets Ability to recommend appropriate insurance products to clients Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and underwriters. Maintain accurate client records to provide to the Account Management team Collaborate with the KITCO back office team and remember that we do it all together Stay educated on industry trends and market conditions Skills Proven experience in insurance sales Excellent communication skills Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
