In-Office Only Overview:
We are hiring experienced sales professionals for our in-office Final Expense Telesales team. This is not a cold-calling position— all calls are warm inbound transfers provided by our agency partners. You’ll close pre-screened leads who have expressed interest in final expense coverage. We provide full training, support through licensing, and daily access to high-quality lead flow in a structured call center environment.
Compensation:
Commission-based compensation model $300 weekly attendance bonus for agents who meet minimum office and performance criteria Weekly earnings potential of $1,300•1,800+ Training provided at no cost Support for life insurance licensing during ramp-up period
Key Responsibilities:
Take inbound transferred calls from pre-qualified leads Present final expense life insurance plans in a consultative manner Use proven scripts and systems to close sales Document activity in CRM and follow up on open opportunities Maintain consistent attendance and meet sales goals
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience required•call center or phone-based selling strongly preferred Strong closing and communication skills Must work from our physical office daily (this is not a remote role ) Life insurance license is preferred but not required•licensing support is provided during onboarding
