• The Sanga Agency, a locally owned Brightway franchise in High Point, NC, is looking for an energetic and driven Insurance Producer to join our team.

If you’re passionate about helping people, love sales, and want a career with purpose and opportunity, this is the place for you! What You’ll Do Sell property & casualty insurance policies (home, auto, renters, etc.) to individuals and businesses Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and lead sources Provide personalized insurance solutions based on customer needs and budget Educate clients on coverage options and policy features Build and maintain long-term client relationships Use Brightway’s Agency Management System (AMS/Fusion) to track leads, quotes, and policies Work closely with the Agency Owner and Service Center to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications Required :

North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly) Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related sales role Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-disciplined Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or AMS systems Why Join Us?
