Position Details:
Sales and Leadership Experience :
Preferred but not mandatory – we are willing to train the right people.
Life Insurance License :
Must have or be willing to obtain.
Commission-Only Sales Position :
Average first-year agent makes $75K.
Proprietary Sales System :
Working warm leads in a turn-key business model.
Commission Structure :
Average commission starting out is $550 per sale with the ability to receive a 5% raise every 2 months based on production.
