POSITION

HIGHLIGHTS:

Our Insurance Agents will provide a wide variety of support services to promote thepany’s product portfolio via the telephone and internet to increasepany revenue and profit. Full-time, benefits-eligible

• Thursday 9:00 AM
• 6:00 PM; Friday 9:00 AM
• 3:30 PM
  Compensation package is abination of an hourly rate plusmission
  Tuition reimbursement for the licensing course
  Solid training program People who excel in this rolee from all backgrounds, including social services, teaching, bartending, hospitality, real estate (realtors and mortgage brokers), military veterans, Medicaid/ACA sales, elderly care, recruiting, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote thepany’s product portfolio and provide service assistance to consumers.
Respond to consumer inquiries through inbound calls and internet inquiries. Deliver prepared sales scripts to educate, inform, and provide solutions to potential customers. Describe solutions for individual sales situations.
Communicate with consumers regularly regarding product information, rate changes and key benefits.
Monitorpliance with program reporting rules and sales requirements. Update and maintain proprietary Lead Advantage System in accordance with policies and procedures. Document each and every consumer contact with detailed notes. Work collaboratively with fellow staff to advance the values and mission of Westbury and Senior Market Sales by serving on relevant internal and externalmittees.
Assists with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma, or GED, required Associate’s degree, preferred Life and Health Insurance Agent License required within 30 days of hire Minimum of one year of experience in sales and/or customer service; phone sales, preferred
