INSURANCE SALES AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Dennis Yoney Farmers Insurance 8440 Rea Road, Charlotte, NC 28277 Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic licensed property and casualty Insurance Producer to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and building lasting relationships. Must have current NC property and Casualty license.

Salary:

Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Engage in outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services. Collaborate with the sales administration team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients. Familiarity with benefits administration and sales administration processes is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial for maintaining client confidentiality. A valid insurance license required based on state regulations.
