Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct insurance sales presentations to effectively communicate product benefits. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales and build lasting relationships. Assist clients with policy administration and provide exceptional customer service. Stay informed about industry trends and marketing strategies to enhance sales efforts. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance. Qualifications Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients Ability to conduct insurance sales and promote products Proficiency in negotiation and outside sales techniques Experience in retail sales is a plus Multilingual or capabilities are advantageous Basic knowledge of marketing and customer service principles No prior experience required; training will be provided
