Full Job Description Description:

We are searching for Licensed Life and Health Insurance Reps (Sales & Managers). If you are not licensed, we have staff available to walk you through the process, but you will need to have a license to move forward with our company. Our openings are for Sales and/or Management so you will need to have some experience in these areas. Since we will be dealing with Financial Services there will be a background check done and you will need to be able to pass this portion. Must have:

Outgoing personality Strong work ethic Basic computer skills Ability to close a sale. Experience dealing with clients. Desire to make a difference. Responsibilities Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of life and health insurance products. Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up. Analyze clients’ needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Stay informed about industry regulations and maintain necessary licensing. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall service delivery. Utilize computer skills for sales administration and client management.

Sales Position:
