Position Overview:

We’re hiring Retention Representatives to build long-term relationships with our Medicare Advantage clients. You’ll engage with clients by phone to ensure they’re satisfied, understand their benefits, and are aware of additional plan features. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping people, and want to grow in the health insurance field, this could be the perfect fit. No license? Key Responsibilities:

Call existing Medicare Advantage clients to check in, build rapport, and answer questions. Set follow-up appointments and assist clients with plan navigation and usage. Help clients understand and use their benefits, including preventive care and added services. Identify opportunities to upsell plan features or supplementary benefits. Track client interactions and outcomes in our CRM system. Meet retention and service goals with support from a friendly, experienced team.

Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service, sales, or call center experience. Health insurance license preferred—but not required. (We will provide training and cover licensing costs if needed.) Comfortable speaking with seniors and explaining Medicare Advantage plan details clearly. Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and attention to detail.

Bonus Qualifications:

Prior experience with Medicare Advantage or health insurance.
