Licensed Title Insurance Agent – NJ (Multi-State Preferred) Clear to Close Title Agency Township of Howell, NJ 07731 About the
Role:
20 year well established Company expanding, we’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and productive self-starter to join our growing team. You must be a licensed title insurance agent in New Jersey. Licenses in NY, PA, and FL are a big plus.
What You’ll Do:
Type title binders Underwrite files Handle closings from start to finish Manage disbursements and post-closing tasks
Must-Have Skills:
Active NJ title insurance license (required) Licensed in NY, PA, and/or FL (helpful but not required) Strong experience with settlement side operations Solid understanding of title procedures and best practices Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent Pay:
$55,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
