Spherion is recruiting for a Part-Time Remote P&C Licensed Sales Rep (Bilingual English/Spanish) Looking to earn great commissions with a flexible part-time schedule? Our growing Allstate agency is hiring a remote, part-time Property & Casualty Licensed Sales Rep focused on outbound sales and cold calling . ? $18/hr + aggressive commission ? Laptop provided ? 20 hrs/week (Mon-Fri between 9a-6p) – flexible schedule ? Paid in-office training in Bridgewater, NJ ? License can be from any state – we’ll pay to extend to NJ if needed ?
