In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the best insurance policies to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for outside sales. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as they will enable you to connect with a diverse clientele. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities to promote and sell insurance products. Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy features and benefits. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts with clients. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective customers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Experience Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred. Strong customer service background with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse populations. Experience in telemarketing or similar roles is a plus. $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
