Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Auto Insurance Producer with at least two years of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling personal and/or commercial auto insurance policies, strong customer service skills, and the ability to assess client needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
Sell and service auto insurance policies to new and existing clients Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto insurance producer Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using CRM and insurance software tools Bilingual skills a plus (optional)

Full-time Pay:
$58,000.00 – $101,796.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift Weekends as needed
