Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with outside sales techniques is beneficial. Computer Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
