Handle inbound calls assisting customers with healthcare plan selection, enrollment, and renewals Upsell and cross-sell health-related products as appropriate Meet daily conversion and compliance goals with empathy and professionalism Requirements for remote

High school diploma or GED Able to type 35 WPM Previous sales, customer service or call center experience required Reliable wired internet connection required (no satellite or hotspot internet; no T-Mobile Home Internet or Viasat accepted) Must reside in PA, SC, AL, or TX Perks & benefits for remote
