As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building long-lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Provide guidance on benefits administration and assist clients in understanding their coverage options. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations, including HIPAA compliance. Participate in outside sales activities to promote insurance products within the community. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through sales administration tools. Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
