We are seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents We are seeking a driven and passionate Licensed Health InsuranceSales Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will beresponsible for guiding prospective customers through varioushealth insurance options, enrolling them in suitable plans, andensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. This positionrequires strong communication skills, the ability to meet or exceedsales goals, and a commitment to compliance with CMSguidelines. Responsibilities Receive inbound calls from customers seeking information andguidance on health insurance options for the states you arelicensed in. Engage in outbound sales calls to reach potential customers andintroduce them to a variety of health insurance plans. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable health insuranceplans based on their individual requirements and preferences. Enroll prospects in selected health insurance plans, ensuring aseamless and efficient enrollment process. Effectively quote, present, and close sales, demonstratingstrong communication skills and the ability to overcomeobjections. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects by making outboundcalls to provide updates, address concerns, and close pending salesopportunities. Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptionalservice, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issuesefficiently. Receive and adhere to coaching from sales leadership. Comply with CMS standards while also understanding and adheringto CMS standards. Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales andproductivity goals. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, providingconcise summaries of interactions. Demonstrate proficiency in using desktop computers, includingOffice applications such as Microsoft O365, web browsing tools, andother company software. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications Active and valid resident health insurance license. Active and valid licenses in additional states highlypreferred. Minimum of 2 years of Medicare Sales experience. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. High school diploma at a minimum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to build rapport with customers. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability toidentify and address customer concerns effectively. Ability to work independently and as a team and manage timeeffectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and webbrowsing tools.

Internet Speed:

Minimum 80 mpbs download and minimum 20 mbpsupload. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and monthlyOIG checks.

Hours:

Must be flexible to work between the hours of 9:00 AMEST and 9:00 PM EST, including some weekends, and extended hoursmay be required during the Annual Enrollment period, October 15thto December 7th. Telecommuting Requirements Ability to keep all company-sensitive data secure. Required to have a dedicated work area established that isseparated from other living areas and provides informationprivately without disruption. Must live in a location that can receive a high-speed internetconnection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$20.00/hour plus uncapped commission and spiffs;compensation plan is reviewed during the interview (Opportunity tobe increased based on performance and sales milestones). Monthly payment on residuals in accordance with our policy(reviewed during interview). Average Annual Compensation at target of $88,000, with topagents earning around $120K+.
