K W/ Match Responsibilities Client Interactions :
Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries and offering customized insurance solutions.
Sales Support :
Offer quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the insurance purchase process.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information in the database.
Follow-Up :
Ensure client satisfaction by following up on inquiries, claims, and policy renewals in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with other team members to meet sales targets, share knowledge, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements Licensing :
Must have a South Carolina Property and Casualty License.
