As a Captive Medicare Insurance Agent , you’ll represent a single, trusted carrier and focus exclusively on offering Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. If you’re a licensed, motivated, and client-focused individual, this is your opportunity to make a real impact while building a stable and rewarding career. We are looking for 10 qualified individuals to join our new Medicare Division as we continue to grow! No prior experience required
- on the job training will be provided along with study materials and exam fees (1st attempt) for your Health Insurance License (must obtain within 30 days of employment). Base Salary will start at $650/week plus commission
- average earnings for first year of employment range from $50,000
- $70,000 with no cap on commission.
Your ability to earn is limited only by your ability to sell!
What You’ll Do:
Educate seniors about their Medicare coverage options in a clear, compassionate, and compliant manner. Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided and self-generated). Conduct in-person, phone, or virtual consultations depending on client needs. Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience. Maintain relationships with existing clients through renewals, service calls, and policy reviews. Stay current with CMS guidelines and carrier updates.
What We’re Looking For:
Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain a Health Insurance license within 30 days of job offer (Required) 1+ years of experience selling Medicare products (Preferred, but not required) Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Medigap plans (Preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to exercise patience and compassion while communicating with senior and elderly clients. Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms High ethical standards and commitment to compliance
