They are seeking Licensed Life Insurance Agents to join their expanding national sales team. In this role, you will receive warm, direct-to-agent leads, comprehensive training resources, and the flexibility to operate your own business as a 1099 contractor. This opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial agents looking to scale their income and serve more clients, without the hassle of sourcing their own leads. REQUIREMENTS

Active Life Insurance License Familiarity with carrier release policies; willingness to release current appointments if needed Experience purchasing or working leads (TV, web, digital marketing, etc.) Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Demonstrated ability to close multiple policies per month Interest in continuous growth and training

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leverage direct-response marketing leads to connect with interested prospects Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions Present, explain, and sell life insurance products from multiple top-rated carriers Maintain compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies Use CRM tools and resources to track progress and follow up on sales opportunities Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs provided by the client Build a personal brand and strong client relationships through high-integrity sales practices Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
