The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients while ensuring they receive the best possible coverage. This is a 10-99, outside sales position. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess competitive offerings. Analyze client information and provide personalized insurance solutions. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options, terms, and conditions. Negotiate terms of insurance policies to secure favorable outcomes for clients. Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes and processing applications. Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach out to potential clients and promote services. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market. Qualifications Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, but not required. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information. Currently hold, or have the ability to obtain insurance license in your state of residence. Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and insurers.
