Outside Sales Representative / Insurance Broker Tyndall Life Insurance Group LLC South Carolina • Remote Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in outside sales. Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients. Present product offerings to clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries or concerns. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting HIPAA compliance and benefits administration. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage clients at all levels. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients. Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions that drive sales growth. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is preferred but not mandatory. A self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
