Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Needs Assessment:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their health and life insurance needs, and provide customized solutions.
Sales Presentations & Policy Recommendations:
Conduct thorough consultations to present appropriate insurance products, ensuring clients’ needs are met effectively.
Enrollment & Documentation:
Assist clients with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
Compliance & Continuing Education:
Stay informed about industry regulations and continue professional development to maintain licensure and expertise.
Qualifications Licensing:
Active Health & Life Insurance license in the state of Tennessee or be willing to obtain .
Experience:
Proven track record in sales, with a focus on health and life products.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attributes:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience after 6 months.
Commission:
