As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.
Salary Range:
$40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Evenings Off Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Create relationships from a cold start. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must have ability to multi-task. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Prior Sales Experience. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations. Great Customer Service Skills. Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service. Be outstanding at relationship building. Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
