• Hybrid work Insurance Sales Agent Charter Financial Group is looking for Sales Representatives in our Tennessee office.

Candidates must be eager to learn, have high standards, and a strong work ethic. Past sales experience is preferred but not required. This position is a true performance based position. There is no cap on your earnings. You will be compensated based on your performance (commission based). Do you feel like you aren’t being paid what you’re worth? As a Sales Agent or Sales Manager, you will meet with retirees to market insurance products underwritten by many of the largest and most successful insurance companies in the industry. We need talented and ethical people to help us market to the needs of the retirees in our area.

• Monthly allowance for Marketing and Leads as well as in-house prospecting resources
