The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance options and guiding them through the purchasing process. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively. As an Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while promoting a range of insurance products.
Salary Range:
$25,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in telemarketing is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Proficient in sales administration practices, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up. Responsibilities Conduct telemarketing efforts to follow up on leads and promote insurance offerings. Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Negotiate terms of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Administer benefits information and assist clients in understanding their coverage options. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and enhance customer service.
