- Deliver outstanding service to a growing book of personal lines clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base
- Support and collaborate with producers on sales opportunities
- Build and strengthen Centers of Influence (COIs) and referral partners
- Engage in networking and community events to grow your professional presence
- Grow your own pipeline and book of business over time
- Contribute to a team culture of professionalism, fun, and shared success Requirements

- Comfortable in both service and sales environments

- Professional work ethic and ability to work independently
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain)
