We are a customer-centric, and our goal is to find coverage that fits our client’s needs by providing them with a high level of customer service. We believe in treating each client as an individual, not a number or a commissions check. We take the time to understand our customer’s unique circumstances, and concerns. This allows us to properly meet their needs, and build strong, long lasting, client relationships that contribute immensely to the life of the company.

Our work environment includes:

On-the-job training Will work in office Full time seasonal permanent position Casual work attire The candidate must possess experience working with the senior market via the telephone. Must exhibit patience and have a strong working knowledge of Medicare and be computer literate. Candidate will be responsible for taking inbound calls from and making outbound calls to potential customers, answering customer inquiries, and enroll the clients in the Medicare products that properly fit their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications, customer service, and sales skills. Candidate must also have a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

Properly analyze the customer’s current plan, needs, and qualifications in order to find the best insurance option for the client. Must have a strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicare plans, LIS & Medicaid. Must have strong listening and analytical skills. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed. Provide accurate information about products and services. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Meet or exceed sales goals.
