In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our goals for profitable growth and exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle underwriting requests within our digital book of business, which encompasses full renewal submissions and non-administrative requests for the auto-renewal book. Collaborate with team members to ensure the integration of Marketplace business and digital initiatives. Assist in analyzing risk factors and determining appropriate coverage options to meet client needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support underwriting decisions. Foster positive relationships with producers and clients to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent College degree and/or underwriting exposure preferred

Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to produce results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and demonstrating a service-oriented mindset. Ability to prioritize work and perform within time constraints. Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently, including organizing tasks, multitasking, and prioritizing responsibilities. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to adapt between team objectives and individual tasks, as well as shifting priorities. Eagerness to learn and engage with high-priority customers, supporting sales, marketing, and negotiation efforts. Capability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners. Excellent verbal and written skills as well as mathematical aptitude.
