Job Details Responsibilities Include:
Generating leadsthrough the development of professional relationships, coldcalling, community involvement, existing clients, and internalreferrals. Developing new relationships with individualsresponsible for benefit insurance decisions at prospective clients.
Maintaining a consistently strong and active new business pipeline.
Aggressively identifying and pursuing cross-selling opportunitiesamongst existing clients. Developing targeted coverage programs andproviding benefit advice that solves client challenges. Maintainingconsistent and high-quality touch points with clients andprospects. Maintain the proper advocacy of claims. Education &Experience Requirements 2-3 years plus relevant work experience ininsurance benefit sales. Proven track record of successfullydeveloping a pipeline, cross-selling, executing on salesstrategies. Possess a reputation as a client-centric salesprofessional. Technical knowledge of insurance and risk managementproducts and services.
