Experienced Underwriters needed! Orlando location! Pay will be$25-31/hour Dynamic organization in the Orlando area is looking for experiencedUnderwriters to join their team! This position is looking forcandidates with HELOC and/or HARP experience, and candidates withsome Forensic Underwriting experience will be acceptable as well!!Responsibilities for this position will include: authority toapprove AUS conditions, reviewing “refer” loans/conditions forrecommendations, program identification and ensuring that thecorresponding guidelines are adhered to, validating the AUSdecision including the review of AUS to identify errors oradditional conditions that may be required, reviewing of the creditreport for accuracy and red flags, and calculation of DTI, income,assets, etc., among other related Underwriter tasks.
