We’re growing and looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Marketer to help us place new business, strengthen carrier relationships, and deliver value to our commercial clients.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Market and place new business with appropriate commercial carriers based on risk appetite and client needs ✅ Prepare and submit insurance applications, supplemental forms, statements of values, and proposals ✅ Negotiate pricing, terms, and coverage with underwriters and carriers ✅ Collaborate with producers to understand risk profiles and tailor marketing strategies ✅ Maintain organized records in our management system and document all marketing activity ✅ Identify cross-sell opportunities and help grow the agency book of business ✅ Provide timely follow-up, exceptional communication, and superior service to carriers, clients, and internal teams ✅ Quote and place lines including:

General Liability Commercial Property Builder’s Risk Workers’ Comp Commercial Auto Professional Liability Construction Wraps & Non-Wraps What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience (Marketing or Underwriting preferred) Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple submissions at once Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic, TAM, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication Active 2-20 or 4-40 License required Why Join Brown Insurance Services?
